Delete your account

For any Idealist Media game with an account — including DeepDive Trivia.

In the app

Open [Settings → Account → Delete account] and confirm. This deletes your account immediately.

Without the app

Email support@idealistmedia.net with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address on the account, and name the game. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days — no app install needed.

What gets deleted

Your email, sign-in credentials, display name, and gameplay data tied to the account. Leaderboard entries are removed or anonymized. Purchases are managed by Apple and Google and remain in your store account history.
