The license

When you download one of our apps from the App Store or Google Play, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it on your devices under the store's standard terms. The apps and their content belong to Idealist Media / Lysara Productions.

Accounts

Some games offer accounts for syncing and leaderboards. You must be at least 13 to create one. Keep your credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. Choose a display name that doesn't impersonate others or contain offensive content — we may rename or remove names that do, and may suspend accounts used to cheat, harass, or abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time (how).

Purchases

In-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Prices are shown before you buy; refunds are handled through the stores (see Support).

Fair use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or use our apps to break the law or harm others. For games with online elements, don't cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, or abuse other players. Leaderboard scores obtained by cheating may be removed.

No warranty

Apps are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idealist Media and Lysara Productions aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using them. Nothing in our apps is professional advice.
